Bakers Delight Franchisee' s Giuseppe and Maria have been operating the bakery since 2001 from a new bakery. We have
excellent and loyal clientele, we have staff members that have been with us from day one of trading, very little turn over of
staff which is a major problem with small business across Australia. We have sales income over $850,000 p.a. and an operating
profit of just over $150,000 p.a excluding franchisee's wages. We have one of a few Bakers Delight bakeries that have large
frontages, large production area at the back and large rear storage area. Access to outside the bakery is from a rear door so
ingredients and personal can get access to the bakery from the rear. We also own a Genesis machine which is is a complete system
for the production of sandwich bread, Vienna loaves, baguette and rolls of all types and sizes. The system is fully automated
with mixing, dividing, intermediate proving and moulding being carried out with a minimum of labour and floor space. The Genesis
Bakery System mixes, divides and moulds a complete range of products with operators only required to weigh up ingredients prior
to mixing. The system eliminates dough transfer or the need for bowl hoists.
