Kristina works as a People and Culture Advisor at Micromine. Micromine is a leading technology company that specialises in software for the Resources Industry. Kristina’s role is very HR generalist, her remit covers; performance, recruitment and selection, remuneration and benefits, learning and development and HR data analytics. Kristina enjoys the variety that her role provides her. No day is the same! After working a few years within the field, Kristina decided to further her studies within change management. She is currently in the process of completing her post graduate studies. In her spare time, Kristina loves spending keeping active, you will most likely find her going for hitting up the gym, cycling, or kicking the footy down at the local park. You will also find her catching up with friends over a meal.
