I, hereby grant permission to CareerView to utilize the information I have provided in the BIO profile template, which may be made publicly available on the CareerView website (https://www.careerview.com.au/). I understand and acknowledge that my personal email and mobile number will not be shared publicly online and shall solely be used internally by CareerView for communication purposes.

I also grant permission to CareerView to record, use, publish, or otherwise distribute the audio and video interview conducted with me for the CareerView podcast and the CareerView website (https://www.careerview.com.au/). This permission includes but is not limited to my:

• Photograph or likeness

• Biographical information

• Handouts, quotes, or materials derived from the podcast

I am aware that this audio and/or video interview will be made available online and is intended to reach students across secondary and tertiary levels of education. I acknowledge that due to the nature of online publication, complete privacy cannot be guaranteed, as my story, identity, or name may become recognizable.

I grant permission for the aforementioned interview to be publicly accessible online or in any other public context. I understand that once an audio recording is posted online, it might be downloadable by others, even if it is removed by the CareerView team, as it could continue to be circulated.

I also understand that presentations or publications may be created based on the whole or partial content of the audio and video interview, including audio recordings, photographs, or transcripts of the interview. These materials may appear in various formats, such as print, online, or any other media, and may be used for purposes including but not limited to promoting the podcast or assessing the interview activity.

I hereby waive any right of approval and any claim for compensation, both now and in the future, arising out of or in connection with the use, alteration, or distribution of this interview, including any claims related to invasion of privacy or right of publicity. I understand that the interview may be edited as necessary.
