Naomi Crosby
Dietitian
25Years old
Naomi is an Accredited Practising Dietitian, working as a clinician at Perth Children’s Hospital and researcher at Telethon Kids Institute. She has experience facilitating cooking and exercise groups, developing education resources, conducting research, academic writing, science communication and seeing patients in hospital and in GP clinics. She started her career in rural WA after completing her placements in Alice Springs and the Philippines which fuelled her interests paediatric & global health.
During university, Naomi worked a performer in theatre and film and currently free-lances as a voice-over artist. She seeks to combine her interests of art and health by working for various teams including University of WA’s Medical Humanity network, Post Dining’s “Eating Tomorrow” play, The Food Embassy’s “Compost Play”, and current research exploring Social Emotional Well being in the Arts at TKI.
